Migrate the pictures from my blog to new empty blog

  Hi,
  I am having a old blog with many old data and pictures.

  I have a new installed wordpress blog, exported and imported my data and now I also want to move only my used pictures with description and alternative text. How can I do that?

  One is top10it.de and the other is only for security on lima-city.

  That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and we do not provide support for it as it is not on our servers.
