If you wish it is possible to transfer your site contents but keep your domain and email here which would be the fastest option. In that scenario you can let us know the settings they recommend for connecting outside domains, and we can add the settings on this end. That will allow your site with the new provider to use your custom address and email, even though you have not moved it on this end.
Alternatively you can transfer your domain to the new provider, and we can transfer the billing for your professional email to Titan Email directly. This will allow you to pick up billing with them going forward, and they will help with any email connection issues you have post-transfer.
You are moving to .org so that you can have access to plugins and themes, yes?
