Migrate website from another hosting platform to WordPress

  Good Day

  I currently have a working Website with another hosting platform and am looking to migrate across to WordPress. How do I go about in doing so. I also want to know how I can contact WordPress direct to discuss as finding this way of logging request bit drawn out. Is there a email address or contact number for WordPress?
