I need to migrate my followers from blog.virginiawillis.com to virginiawillis.com, both sites are under one account of wordpress.com and both are wordpress.com sites.Regards

I can see these are both Jetpack sites actually. And one is owned by another user: blog.virginiawillis.com has a different connection owner.
Can you log out and log in as that user, then respond here authorizing the shift in subscribers?

Hi there,
We need you to comment here as the WordPress.com account that owns the Jetpack connection for the site.
The WordPress.com account will not necessarily be using the same username as an admin account on the site itself, and we have no information regarding user accounts created directly on the site, only about WordPress.com username accounts connected to the site via Jetpack.
You should be able to see all the WordPress.com accounts connected to this site at My Sites ->Manage ->People
