Migrate/Move followers from one WordPress site to another

  Hello…I would like to move the followers I have on https://searching4selina.wordpress.com/ to my new blog: https://littleplusmore.wordpress.com/.

  If possible…I would love to just have them copied from one blog to another and then I could deleted the one’s I didn’t want from my main blog but the most important thing to me is getting everyone over to the new blog.
