Migrating a blog to wordpress

  I would like to migrate my blog http://www.lacoctelera.com/srtahoneychurch to my new site in wordpress srtahoneychurch/wordpress.com how can I proceed, please?. Is a 6 year blog, and I would really love to have it all in one site. Thanks for your help.

  You will need to export the content out of where it is now into an XML file and then import that file into your WordPress.com blog > http://en.support.wordpress.com/import/

  Depending on what blog software is used on your current host, you may find the means to make an XML file under either “export” or “backup”.
