Moving your content across form WordPress.org to WordPress.com is simple. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-from-wordpress-org
However, you need to realise there is a huge difference between what is available on WP.com and WP.org. On WP.com we don’t have any FTP access and cannot install custom themes and plugins. You will also need to purchase an upgrade if you want to upload video and audio files to your media library, though embedding them from several other sites are supported. See here for the difference between the platforms: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
