Right now, I’m trying to find out how to get into a live chat with some of you WordPress support people. I want to migrate a site from wix.com to you, but I have some questions about it before I commit. I’ve reached out twice and haven’t heard anything back, which is making me reconsider my intentions…

Thanks for your patience thus far. The forums are usually filled with volunteers with the occasional staff member here and there depending on the situation. Sorry for my snippiness. For some reason my email dumped these notifications into spam, but not ALL the WordPress notifications, so it took me a while to think to look there.
I actually don’t really care about migrating my old content. I was mostly kind of baffled (it happens easily) by the thought of migrating the url. The third message I got, from kokkieh, explained that a bit, but I daresay I’ll still have questions later. Thank you both for your help.

That’s fine, it happens sometimes because of the sudden influx of email coming from one site.
As for the old content, I’m glad to hear everything has worked out question wise for now. If there’s anymore questions, feel free to create a new thread on your future issue.
