Migrating a Woo premium theme

  I bought “Fresh News” by Woo from WordPress.com, where it is hosted. I am now trying to migrate it. Is it possible to migrate this premium theme, or do I have to buy it again from Woo, download to my computer and then upload as a non-Wordpress.com hosted site?
