migrating and tickera

  hi, I want to add a sponsor logo to a ticket in tickera plugin on wordpress. I am at present self hosted and the server will not let it happen as it is shared.
  if i buy you server space will that be allowed , will you be able to migrate it all over , it is a networked version, and what will the yearly cost be for site, web, backups etc
