Migrating email followers to new blog name

  I recently changed my blog name from lattesandlavender.com to kansascityessentials.com by creating a new site. Your support documentation told me to contact you as I have no option to transfer the subscribers over myself.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
