Migrating email subscribers and followers. Both sites are self-hosted.

  Hi there. I am merging my two sites (both self-hosted) together and need to transfer subscribers and followers. There’s an option in settings to migrate from a wordpress.com site but not between two self-hosted sites. Please help! Thanks so so so much!!! Ann

  I actually ended up emailing this to jetpack and someone there transferred/merged the stats for me :)
