Migrating email subscribers from WordPress-hosted site to self-hosted site

Just migrated my site from WordPress.com (http://gourmethorror.wordpress.com) hosting to self-hosted (http://www.gourmethorror.com/). I exported content from old site and successfully imported posts to the new. But subscriptions to the old site didn’t make it across. Help forums tell me to drop you guys a line, and you can make that happen (or at least tell me how to do it myself). Thanks!
