The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

See: Moving Your Subscribers
https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

Hi @reviewtales, as long as you’re the owner of both sites, you should still have the button. If you don’t can you let me know what sites you’re trying to migrate from and to?
-
Hi, Thank you guys for responding. I know how it was done and have been doing it for a while the problem is today, I wake up and go to my settings, and at the bottom, I always used to get a spot where it said, migration and now its gone.
Supernovia, I am the owner of both site, and I know what you mean that the button should be there but it has disappeared. I thought maybe the new update came and they decided to change things around again.
I am trying to migrate followers from reviewtales.wordpress.com to jeyranmain.com

Can you scroll down on this page and take a screenshot of what you see?
https://wordpress.com/settings/discussion/jeyranmain.com
If you see the normal settings there, can you get a screenshot of the next page?
You can upload your screenshots to your media library or to a service like cloudup.com .

Hey. I’m also trying to migrate my followers and stats to my new blog site; the sekf hosted .org but I can’t find the migrate button and my host can’t help me with that. If you can, I’d appreciate it

Hello Supernovia, You are a lifesaver thank you. I clicked on your link and it seems that they have moved the migration from the general to the discussion tab, after the upgrade. I can see it now and managed to migrate my followers. Thanks. https://wordpress.com/pricing/?ref=newdash-footer

Hi Okotoenigma,
Go to your self-host website using WordPress and then go to settings, then click on the tab discussion. Scroll right to the bottom and you will find the migration option.
The link supernovia gave me in a direct link to mine, so it won’t work, for you. Try what I said and you will find it.

So, you can only migrate everything except your likes.
That is a whole different field, and you will need to use import, export which WordPress has a link especially for this.
Google, migrating from WordPress to self-host and you will find it that way.

As staff I can migrate stats for both of you if you’d like. @okotoenigma since you have multiple sites, too, I’d need to know which one I’m migrating to and from.
-
Yes please for me. You have both sites that I own.
Everything from reviewtales.wordpress.com needs to go to jeyranmain.com
Thank you for all your help.

Just checked. Oh thank you thank you!!! You guys are the best!!!
One more question though; how can I hide the WP account? Because people can still view and follow it which I don’t want
