migrating followers

  hello, after I changed my host from blueHost to Solasus, I lost all my followeres. I think they need to be migrated?! Can u please help me with this. You don’t need to check with me, just go ahead and do it :) http://www.thesaltandsweet.com

  Hi there!

  If your domain hasn’t changed and you just moved the site from one host to another, that wouldn’t affect your subscribers. If your domain changed, we would need to know the previous address to help you.
  You could also move your subscribers yourself as explained here:

  No my domain is still the same. I actually did this. I followed it step by step, but it didn’t work. At the end where it says I will receive an email, I did not receive any email.
