    Hello! I would like some help with migrating my followers to a self-hosted website.

    Correct account: Yes

    Can you tell me the URL of the self-hosted site please. Also, to check is Jetpack installed and connected to WordPress.com?

    Hello! 
    URL for self-hosted site: roopkathaa.com (https://roopkathaa.com/)(the site is set to “coming soon” Do I need to launch it for you to be able to access it?)
    I have jetpack installed in my wordpress.com account and I got jetpack with Bluehost for the self-hosted website. I did install it but when I click on my jetpack, it shows a blank screen. And for site stats, it says “Do you know you can view enhanced stats on WordPress.com with a show me button which redirects to my wordpress.com account.

    Hi there,

    You do not need to launch it, but I checked and the site does not yet have Jetpack installed. I would double-check everything via this guide and make sure that the Jetpack plugin is enabled. https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/

    Thanks a lot for migrating. I think I am facing a few issues though.
    I am unable to see the likes from the WordPress reader, the likes are not showing. Could you please look into the matter? And my site title on the app is showing untitled despite updating through the general settings.

    Also, I am unable to see any notifications from the new site. When I click on the notification icon, I am shown the notifications of the old site (which is now private).

    Hi there,

    I am unable to see the likes from the WordPress reader, the likes are not showing.

    Likes cannot be migrated between sites, so it’s normal that you won’t be seeing any existing likes on the new site. You’ll only start seeing those once people start liking posts again on the new sites.

    And my site title on the app is showing untitled despite updating through the general settings.

    Please try restarting your phone. This is most likely a caching issue, in which case restarting will force a refresh on the app’s end. If the caching issue is on your site’s end, you’ll need to contact your hosting provider for help forcing a refresh on their end.

    Also, I am unable to see any notifications from the new site. When I click on the notification icon, I am shown the notifications of the old site (which is now private).

    Is this also in the mobile app? If so, it’s likely the same caching issue that’s preventing the site title from updating. On the web I can see notifications for https://roopkathaa.com/ in your account.

    I did like you asked. I cleared the cache too. I even contacted my hosting provider to refresh it from their end. It is still showing untitled. Any thoughts?

    The notifications are fine now. Although, under the follower’s notification, I still see my old website, not the new one. Both on the web and in the mobile app.

    At this point I’m going to ask you to please contact the mobile app team directly, as they’re better able to continue troubleshooting what’s going on here.

    In the app, tap the profile icon, tap the gear icon at the top, and select Help and Support. When you submit a support ticket there, it will include information about your device and site which might offer a clue as to what’s going on here.
