Migrating followers from my WordPress.com blog to self-hosted WordPress.org one

  Hi,

  I read on a WordPress.org thread that if you have the Jetpack installed and it is connected to your WordPress.com account, a WordPress.com staff member can transfer your followers to the WordPress.org blog.
  If so, could you please transfer my followers from ljsalamas.wordpress.com to my WordPress.org blog ljsalart.com

  Hi there,
  That’s old news. The more recent and better news is that you can do this yourself. :) First you will need to install and activate the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me and then you follow these instructions http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site
