  Hi,
  I need to move my blog subscribers from my wordpress.com site http://sometimeshealthylivingblog.wordpress.com to my self hosted site on wordpress.org http://sometimeshealthylivingblog.com.

  I have jetpack installed.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
