Migrating followers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  Hi, I just migrated my blog from wordpress.com (dishbydish123.wordpress.com) to wordpress.org (blog url is http://dishbydish.net). I want to move my wordpress.com followers (as well as the email followers) over to my wordpress.org account so they get notified everytime there’s a new post. Please let me know how i can do that.
