Migrating Followers to a self-hosted site

  Hi,
  I have set up the Jetpack plugin in my self-hosted site. I have connected the wordpress account to. I am wondering how I can migrate wordpress reader subscribers to my new website. Any help in this regard is appreciated.

  If you need any help with that, please confirm the addresses for both the old WordPress.com site and the new Jetpack-connected site.

  Note that we can also migrate your stats between the sites for you, if you want.
