  I helpping a to migrate a friend’s website from Wix to WordPress.com

  his portal: https://www.dlordxskate.com/

  wan to get my facts and process right before proceeding , please advise the following:

  ~ i saw a link , https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-from-wix/?_gl=1*zia95w*_gcl_au*NjEyMzYzODcwLjE3NjQ0ODY3NjY.

  ~ need to subscribe to the paid plan of personal / premium 1st before migrating?

  ~ what could be the potential pitfall to watch out for?

  1. You must have a paid plan before you migrate
  2. you only migrate the content not the theme et all so it is up to you to find a suitable theme

  Hi fellow WP members & hopefully WP Support ,
  I see SGD prices on the plans page, but checkout page shows USD when upgrading from free plan.
  
  Unable to provide supporting screeis it normal?

  Hi, @jasontmy1985. I see your currency is already set to SGD, so let us kmow if you’re still having issues completing your purchase.

  If, however, if you’re using your friend’s account to make the purchase, we’ll also need to confirm their account has the proper currency. In this case, please ask them to open a topic here so we can verify account ownership before making any changes.
