Migrating from Blogger to WP Free and then to WP Premium

  I currently have a blog with many followers at battleforthecore.com, it was being “run” by blogger. I have been asked to shut it down and create a splash page that describes why it has been shut down, but then redirects to my new site which will be at example.wordpress.com. Is it possible to put a splashpage for all posts that redirects to the corresponding post on the new wordpress site. How do I make this splashpage?

  Second, if this is possible, would it ruin my SEO results by later upgrading from wordpress free to wordpress premium (example.com)? Would this final step ruin all of the battleforthecore.com posts or does workpress link them automatically?
