Migrating from free to premium plan

Due to a very limited amount of options in the free version, I have decided to upgrade my plan to the pro version. I am migrating to an affiliate website which I just have seen and inspired to make my website just look like ReviewLog. However, I am not familiar with anything like code. Will the premium WordPress plan provide all the facilities that require no code at all? And what kind of plugins will be required to make an article structure just like this one.

There’s no need to know code to create a WordPress.com site.
I also don’t see anything on the page you linked that would require plugins. You can do all that with our Block Editor.There are, however, some limitations about affiliate links. They are allowed on WordPress.com as long as the primary purpose of your blog is to create original content. We do not allow sites that exist primarily to drive traffic to affiliate links.
