Migrating from host not on accepted list.

  How do I start a new website on WordPress and have them do the migration from a host not on their list.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The website is hosted by Homestead (not on list) using the web.com platform. When I try to proceed with set-up, since neither is on the list, I cannot proceed to request WordPress do the migration for me.

  Since WordPress.com doesn’t allow third-party plugins, you’ll need to set up the theme and functionality manually, choosing from WordPress.com’s available themes and features.
