Website not available. When will that domain be available to edit and rework on the WordPress website? Is it possible to keep the current formatting of the website developed with iWeb tools?

No, we’re just a blogging service, not a hosting provider, so you won’t be able to place your iWeb site here.
If your iWeb site had a blog with an RSS feed (it would have needed to be hosted on MobileMe), we can import the blog’s content for you, but not the site itself.
As for your domain, you’ll need to map it following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/
