  Could you share what issues you are facing?

  WooCommerce is our plugin for eCommerce on WordPress.com and you can use that to create an eCommerce store on our platform.

  You would need our Creator plan to sell on WordPress.com though, so you need to upgrade mkilada1.wordpress.com site from Explorer to Creator plan here https://wordpress.com/plans/
