Migrating Jetpack stats to new domain

  Hello,

  We have just launched our redesigned blog on another server and are looking to migrate the Jetpack statistics to the new domain so we can continue tracking this information.

  Old Domain: http://thejamreport.wordpress.com
  New Domain: http://thejamreport.com

  It should be as follows:
