Migrating 'likes' from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

I read a thread from over a year ago that said migrating ‘likes’ from a wordpress.com to a wordpress.org site was not possible, but that it was something WordPress were looking into. Does anybody know whether it is possible now to do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you use the export process:
You can see that comments are included in the XML file.
It’s your content; you can do whatever you like with it. Go to Tools -> Export in your WordPress.com dashboard to download an XML file of your blog’s content. This format, which we call WordPress eXtended RSS or WXR, will contain your posts, pages, comments, categories, and tags.
Regarding shares, are you talking about FB/Twitter shares?
