Migrating my followers from wordpress.com to a self hosted wordpress.org

  Hello,

  I have readen that if I have jetpack installed in my new wordpress.org a staff member can transfer the followers to the WordPress.org blog. If that’s correct could you transfer my followers from geografiainfinita.wordpress.com to geografiainfinita.com? And is it possible do something similar with the tweets and the shares of Facebook?

  I have transferred your followers from geografiainfinita.wordpress.com to geografiainfinita.com.

  It is not possible for us to transfer tweets or Facebook shares, however if you purchase the Site Redirect Upgrade, any old references to your site on Twitter or Facebook can be redirected to your new site.
