Migrating my site

Hi, I recently bought my own domain through GoDaddy, and purchased the add-on so I could migrate my existing WordPress site to that domain. I went onto the GoDaddy website to do so and put in my WordPress URL, Admin Username and password, but it keeps saying there is an error with my username or password. I know this isn’t true as changed my password several times to make sure that I wasn’t just forgetting, and logged in and out of my wordpress account to ensure my info was correct. I called GoDaddy and they said they had no idea why it was happening, but they couldn’t look into it as they didn’t own the domain yet. Can you help? Thank you!
