Migrating my stats to a new site

  Hello. I am trying to move my followers and stats from my original WordPress.com site to my new Jetpack-connected hosted site following the instructions here: https://jetpack.com/support/subscription-migration-tool/

  However, I cannot find the ‘migrate followers from another site’ option under ‘Settings’ as instructed, thus I am not able to migrate anything myself either.

  Does anyone have any suggestions for this please? Thank you.

  Hi there, only staff can transfer your stats for you, and they can also help with followers. But please don’t create multiple threads on the same issue: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/problems-with-migrating-stats-and-followers/
