Migrating my website to wordpress.com

  I have a blog which is hosted on a company server but they are getting out of that business and want me to find a new host for the website. I’d like to keep the look and feel of the website (created with WordPress). How do I discover how to migrate it onto wordpress.com and what the pricing options would be?
