Migrating self-hosted blogs

  Hi,

  I’m migrating my self-hosted site (scrollwright.com) to a new host and domain (schneidan.com) and I would like to have my stats and followers transferred to the new site. All the documentation I can find indicates that WordPress.com support has to handle that for me. Can you help?

  Can someone help me in migrating my stats from wordpress.com (juliangreigh.wordpress.com) to wordpress.org (http://darkpassions.com/juliangreigh) dashboard? I have already xfered subscribers.
