Migrating self-hosted wordpress followers to another wordpress installation

  I had two self-hosted blogs with different Jetpack plugins. Since I had http://formanchuk.com.ar/todosignifica and http://formanchuk.com.ar/ , now, I merge both sites in a single wordpress installation, but I’d like to move the followers from http://formanchuk.com.ar/todosignifica/ to the root on http://formanchuk.com.ar/
  Is it possible?
