  Yes, you can import the content (posts, pages, etc) from a Wix site to a WordPress.com site, and we have instructions here: https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-from-wix/ that you can follow.
  
  Please note that the template and design won’t be transferred to WordPress, so you can redesign the site using WordPress themes once the content has been moved.
