Migrating stats

I recently transferred my wordpress.com site to blue host self hosted but I cannot get my previous site stats to migrate over. Can I get help with this?
Also, will my posts still show up in the WordPress reader to my previous followers?

Yo migrate your subscribers the good news is that you can do this yourself. After you install and activate the Jetpack plugin http://jetpack.me on your wordpress.ORG install, you follow these instructions https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site
Staff can migrate your stats for you after by you install and activate the Jetpack plugin.

I managed to move my subscribers over myself – but my question is whether they will still see my new posts on my new site show up in the wordpress reader?
