  That’s definitely something I can help you with.

  – First, you’ll want to install Jetpack on the new self-hosted WordPress install.
  – Then, simply confirm the old site’s URL and the URL of the site here.

  The old site’s URL is casamitomana.wordpress.com and the new site’s URL is casamitomana.com
