Migrating subscibers
-
I’ve just moved my free WordPress blog over to a hosted site (Hostmonster) and have successfully moved all content and comments etc, but I’d also like to move my subscribers and site stats to the new site too. Is there any way of doing this please?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi timethief. Thanks so much for your reply.
I already have Jetpack installed and activated on the new blog so that should be OK.
The url of the old blog is: http://fastdays.wordpress.com. The new one, which I want the stats and subscribers to be transferred to is: http://fastdayfeasts.com
Please let me know if there’s anything else you need.
Thanks again for your help.

Oh that’s brilliant, thanks so much pcrumm. Really appreciate your help – and so quickly too!
There were a couple of other things actually (sorry!):
On my free WP site I had this really cool bit in the stats that showed where in the world all the visitors had come from, shown on a map and with a list of countries too. I can’t see this in the version of WP I now have – is there any way I can access this tool?
Also, is there any way to transfer the stats (visitors/views etc) over from the old blog to the new one? I’m guessing not, but it would be good…
Thanks again for your help.

Hi Kirsty – we don’t yet have the country stats in Jetpack, but we’re hoping to add them. Keep an eye on the Jetpack blog for new developments.
I went ahead and merged your stats for you. :)

Oh my goodness eurello – thank you SO much for doing that!! I really didn’t think it would be possible, so I’m over the moon. You guys really do go above and beyond – thanks a million :-) And I’ll keep my eye out for the Jetpack updates. Thanks again.
