Migrating subscribers
-
Hello,
We had our blog (http://blog.blackbox.com/technology/) cloned to look like another blog that we also manage within the company (http://blog.blackbox.com/solutions/). However, when the cloning occurred it migrated all of our subscribers as well. Now we have people subscribed to a blog they have not expressed interest in. We would like to move our subscribers back to the technology blog. How can we do that?
Thanks,
MeghanThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Those sites are not hosted by WordPress.COM and we cannot help you with this.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Note that Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built in to WordPress.COM blogs.
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack
However, if you can’t find help at either one then you can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-serviceAlso note that for WordPress.ORG issues, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and make our developers aware of the issue.
