Hi there,
I see your WordPress.org site under your account connected via Jetpack, but I do not see your WordPress.com site. Is it under a different account?
For more information on migrating subscribers, you can read the instructions on our support page:
If you have trouble doing the migration yourself, just let us know the WordPress.com site (you have to show that you are the owner of the site), and we can assist you.
Thanks,

Hello @wanderingcourt7e774aa44d,
Is your WordPress.org site Jetpack enabled? You have to install and activate the Jetpack plugin on your WordPress.org account and have it connected to the WordPress.com account. A detailed guideline for Moving your subscribers from WordPress.com to self-hosted WordPress.org site is here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-siteOnce you ensure the above step is fulfilled, you can follow this guide to migrate your subscribers.
I hope this works. All the best.

Thank you for your response! I don’t know how I managed to do this, but I accidentally created a second account for the wordpress.org using my same email address. My wordpress.com site is wanderingcourt.wordpress.com. And now I can’t log in to the wordpress.com account!
Is there anyway to connect the two accounts and migrate subs? Or is the wordpress.com site lost?

Good morning –
I’ve sent a note your way via email. It’s coming to the email address associated with wanderingcourt.wordpress.com. Once you get that note write back to me there and we can proceed.
