Migrating Subscribers

  I am trying to migrate my followers from a wordpress to a self-hosted wordpress. The directions say to open a ticket and the staff at wordpress will do this, but I am not finding a place to even open a ticket???

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I tried that, but the “manage” button is not there (yes, I have the jet pack installed)
