Migrating subscribers and accounts
-
I am trying to migrate my subscribers from wordpress.com to .org. I followed the instructions here but it does not seem to be working. http://jetpack.me/support/subscriptions/ Also, I seem to have 3 user name and should only have two. Am I able to remove one with no problem?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I figured out the step. WordPress can you have someone migrate my subscribers from http://heartsofjune.wordpress.com/ to selfhosted http://heartsofjune.com/.

Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you.
Please note that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.

Okay, great thank you. My next question is, it appears that I have two accounts open that are operating under the same self hosted website. This may be because I had a previous site that was self hosted than reverted back to wordpress hosted. Any how, now they are both open and I am not sure if I delete one of them will it end up deleting both or what affected will occur. Is there a way that staff can take a closer look at this?
Hope this is clear.

Please provide both usernames and all blog URLs for Staff.
You cannot delete a username account. http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/ -
These are the usernames and blog URLS as you see there are two duplicates.

The instructions on this page should help you out with that:

Let me know if you have any trouble.

Thank you rootjosh, I have a new issue at hand. Yesterday, I tried to verify my site and the instructions told me that I needed to enter it into the header under the CSS section. I did so and it created an issue. Now my website is formatted incorrectly. I contacted my host because prior to that I was instructed to do a data restoration to resolve the issue and now my site is as is. They mentioned it could be a plug in but I don’t know anything about this. How can I resolve this without causing anymore errors and getting my site back to how it was?

Sadly,t hat isn’t really something I can assist you with. Because your site is self-hosted with a different provider, support staff at WordPress.com do not have access to your site’s files or the ability to provide support outside of some Jetpack related issues and features.
You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here:
