Migrating Subscribers to my self-hosted WP blog

  I have 16 subscribers to my old WP blog at steelpinjata.wordpress.com . I would like to migrate these to my new blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  I have moved over all your WordPress.com subscribers as requested. Note that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site.
