Migrating Subscribers/Followers

  Hello!

  I’m migrating a site but can’t see how I can migrate my followers/subscribers to the new site. I’ve installed JetPack, activated the subscription widget, but not sure where the missing piece of the puzzle might be. If someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

  The blog I need help with is prmaa.wordress.com, moving subscribers to http://www.prmaa.com
