Migrating subscribers/followers to self-hosting

  I want to migrate my followers/subscribers from 3dnpc.wordpress.com to 3dnpc.com, and I was told I have to contact you?

  Let me know if there’s anything else you need from me. I installed Jetpack and activated the “single sign-on” feature, but most of the other stuff is deactivated.
