Migrating to a new host

  Hi, I am trying to migrate my free WordPress site over to eukhost, as they said with their starter kit they could migrate any WordPress site over, but now they have told me they cannot do it without me getting a backup of the site myself. Could someone please help. Thanks

  Your site are not hosted here, on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

  For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
