Migrating to a self-hosted site – followers & stats

Yesterday I migrated my followers to a self-hosted wordpress site. I also paid to have my original site redirected to the new site. I have had a few new followers since then, but they have been added as followers to my original site. Is there a way to change my settings so that I don’t have to migrate new followers? I think my stats are also showing at a combination of the old and new site???
