migrating to another provider

I just changed my host: from Inmotion Hosting to Bluehost.
I was told by Bluehost to contact the domain current registrar and ask them to update the nameservers to ns1.Bluehost.com and ns2.Bluehost.com .
I need help with this!

This is where you use the information Bluehost provided:
Changing name servers
You can manage your domain at Domains, by clicking the domain you wish to manage.
Click on Name Servers and DNS.
By default, your name servers will be set to Use WordPress.com name servers. To change your name servers, toggle this off by clicking on the slider to the right.
Replace the WordPress.com name servers with your new host’s name servers. You must enter at least two name servers with up to four being supported.
Click the blue Save Custom Name Servers button to save your changes.
The changes can take up to 72 hours to become active, but typically take only a few hours
