    Hi, kindly help me, I paid for my my account to be hosted and would like to transfer it. It says I need to upgrade to transfer. Please assist, because I dont understand why I have to upgrade to transfer

    Hi iloti,

    In the thread title, you mentioned migrating to SiteGround. Does that mean you wish to transfer the content from on iloti.wordpress.com to a site hosted there?

    It says I need to upgrade to transfer.

    It would be great if you could send a link to the instructions you are following so I check why you are being prompted to upgrade :)
