  To whom it may concern,

  Do you need to know coding to use wordpress business premium $299.00 per year?
  Also, we purchased an oscommerce template through templatemonster.com, but we can’t do code. Can we use this template in wordpress business premium $299.00 per year without knowing code?

  You don’t need to know any code to use WordPres.com, though basic knowledge of html and CSS is useful when it comes to customising your site appearance and the appearance of individual posts. However, the business bundle includes personal email support and live chat support, which will also give you assistance with anything requiring code.

  No, you cannot use any templates or themes purchased elsewhere on WordPress.com, regardless of upgrade. You do have access to all premium themes as customization of those themes. See here for more information on exactly what features are supported for the Business upgrade:
